Estates CAFM Co-ordinator required for a well-recognised University in Hampshire
Estates CAFM Co-ordinator required to work for a nationally recognised University in Hampshire that has been established for 100 years.
As the Estates CAFM Co-ordinator you will be providing the Estates and Facilities department with regular reports and statistics and ensuring documentation is stored correctly. Other duties will include implementing changes to the CAFM system, ensuring PPMs are programmed in line with the Maintenance team and assist in maintaining the accommodation database for campus services. What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent IT proficiency
- Knowledge of database reporting tools
- Experience of system support using CAFM
- Ability to present reports (written and oral)
- Experience using accommodation booking systems (Desirable)
