Estates Analyst - 6 Month Contract

Estates Analyst

Location: Bristol City Centre

Team: Estates

Working Hours: 37.5 per week between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm

Salary: Competitive

This is a six month fixed term contract

What we look for in you

  • You`ll have good commercial knowledge within a facilities management environment
  • Excellent data analysis and process mapping skills with strong attention to detail
  • Good presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work on own initiative as well as be a team player
  • Most of all, you`ll be someone who can respect, encourage and connect with the people you work with

What you`ll get up to as an Estates Analyst

To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be:

  • working with the estates team to ensure key maintenance information is accurate
  • identifying patterns in data sets to support a continuous improvement programme for maintenance solutions
  • providing graphical and tabular data presentation material to support business cases, strategic and operational reports
  • working with the Estates senior management to review and document new business processes and assist in the deployment where required
  • supporting and enforcing data governance, cross referencing varied sources and coordinating site visits
