An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Estates Worker to join our busy maintenance team and become involved in the management and maintenance of our stunning and eco-friendly 50-acre site close to the New Forest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of The Sheiling Ringwood estate, gardens and plants, ensuring they are kept in a good state of repair and presentation. You will be expected to work in collaboration with other specialists whilst applying biodynamic and organic principles. Additionally, the post holder will assist with general building and vehicle fleet maintenance as and when required. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working as grounds person/gardener and possess knowledge of safe maintenance, and the use of garden machinery, herbicides and pesticides.
