Estate Planning Consultant

Role: Estate Planning Consultant

£12,000 p.a. + Un-capped Commission + Mileage

OTE £30,000 p.a. PLUS PLUS PLUS

My client are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong client focus to join our team as an Estate Planning Consultant.

The successful candidate for the role of Estate Planning Consultant will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Visiting new clients and existing clients in their homes, place of work or in the Office advising them on estate planning solutions.

  • Taking detailed instruction of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Continuous training and development to ensure advice is relevant at all times.

    In order to be considered for the role of Estate Planning Consultant you will have gained the following skills and experience:

  • GCSE English & Maths

  • A-Levels (Desirable)

  • University Degree (Desirable)

  • Some commercial experience working in sales would be highly desirable

  • The applicant will have a keen eye for detail, be a great listener and be passionate about the legal industry. Experience within the legal field is desirable, however not a necessity.

  • Driving License and access to your own vehicle is essential

  • Motivation, client focused and eager to learn are the key attributes for this role.

  • Due to the nature of the job you will be looking at problems and formulating the best solution for the client, for that reason, evidence of problem solving and solution planning is advantageous.
