Our client, a rapidly growing independent firm with coverage across the South of the UK, is seeking an experienced and driven estate planner to join their team. Benefits package for the Estate Planner position:
- Base Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £40,000 - £70,000

Requirements for the Estate Planner position:
- IFA or banking experience preferred
- Legal background or membership with the Society of Will Writers
- Proficiency in legal software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle
- High attention to detail
- Ability to build trusting client relationships and understand client needs
Estate Planner Responsibilities:
- Regular liaising with the financial advisers in the business
- Conduct meetings with new and existing clients, in person or via video conferencing
- Provide clients with tailored estate planning solutions
- Accurately maintain client records and manage correspondence
- Handle an active caseload and collaborate with involved parties to ensure timely case completion
- Manage and prioritise caseload effectively to achieve targets
