We are looking for a Valuer required for a permanent position in this long established, family run Estate Agency based in Redcar.
We would require any applicant to have previous Estate Agent Valuer experience and applicants will only be considered with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in this role.
May be required to work additional hours depending on business requirements, payable by way of time off in lieu or additional pay where time off cannot be accommodated.
The role is as follows:
Responsible for arranging and conducting valuations for residential sales and lettings to include commercial property.
Arranging and conducting viewings.
Providing feedback on all viewings.
Collecting marketing details, taking professional photographs and creating floor-plans to provide an excellent advertisement for the property.
Contacting both vendor/landlord clients and providing up to date advice on the marketing of their property on an in-house structured basis.
Successfully negotiating offers for sale and let of properties and following through to completion.
Pro-actively seeking new business.
Experience & Skills:
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
1 years’ minimum valuation experience.
Previous track record of winning sales/rental instructions.
A valid full UK driving license & own vehicle.
An excellent work ethic and ambition to succeed and grow the company.
The motivation and ability to work well under pressure.
To be adaptable and embrace changes within the company regularly.
Excellent organisational skills.
