Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator

Our client, a leading and well known Estate Agency brand with an excellent reputation, are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their branch in the Plymouth area and they are offering excellent working hours (9-5pm), great earnings of up to £38,000 plus lots of benefits. They are looking for a person who will undertake the following:

• Negotiating offers
• Pro-actively explore new business and valuations from all possible avenues.
• Registering applicants, encouraging valuations and add-on services
• Attending Valuations when the manager is unavailable (training can be given)
• Sales Progression
• Dealing with web portal enquiries
• Creating viewings / accompanying viewings
• Vendor, buyer updates / viewing feedback
• Receiving offers and taking relevant information/negotiating lets
• Cross selling all departments
• Develop new business through existing and newly formed relationships.
• Assist in the Management of the office in the absence of the Branch Manager
• Maintain and improve rapport with existing clients and drive up levels of service/fees.

The ideal candidate will:

• Ideally at least one years experience in estate agency
• Have a full understanding of the sales process, including the legal procedures
• Develop personal skills and capability through ongoing training as provided by the company
• Be self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, able to communicate at all levels and a real team player
• Have your own car

Salary in the region of £25-27,000 with on target earnings £34-38,000 Fantastic hours for Estate Agency which are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and every other Saturday 9-4.30 pm with lieu time so a 5 day week.
