Position: Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Status: Permanent / Full Time 8.30 - 6 Monday - Friday Alternate Saturdays 9 - 5
Location: St Albans
Salary: negotiable but OTE 30 - 35k
Our client a St Albans based estate agent is seeking a Valuer/Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. The company has 5 offices located across the county including award winning New Homes and Letting department.
You will be required to carry out listings, negotiate sales and progress sales to completion. The right candidate will be proactive, self motivated and possess great customer service and communication skills.
You will have had previous experience and/or be looking to move up to the next level and this company has plenty of scope for career progression!
Generating quality leads, maintain contact with potential clients and aim for high conversion rate
Source, generate and undertake market appraisals
always act in a professional manner complying with relevant legislation and the rules of the professional bodies of which this company is a member.
Register prospective leads and viewings
Carry out viewings
Negotiate all aspects of sales while understanding client's needs
Liaising with solicitors and progressing sales to completion
Ensure that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service
Consistently look for new ways and ideas to improve service levels
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in property sales and valuations
- Ambition and drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work as part of a team
- Full driving licence
- Good organisational skills and professional manner
