They envisage their new associate to ultimately have an in-depth knowledge of his/her applicant base, allowing him/her to not only match buyers with sellers but buyers with 'virtual’ sellers such as those who may not necessarily be coming to the market immediately but would consider a proposal if the 'right person came along’. In other words, they are looking for the consummate deal maker who can see success, be it in front of his/her nose or out in the distance. The telephone is the prime selling tool and their new associate will have a great fondness for this old but essential aid.

Key responsibilities: From day one you will focus wholly on the selling and listing process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. Having said that, the rewards structure caters for personal as well as team effort and as such, they are very keen to create the best of both worlds, team spirit alongside personal success.

Estate Agent Senior Negotiator - Residential Estate Agency

Remuneration:

  • Basic salary to £19,500 with on target earnings of £35,000.

Working hours:

  • 08:30 to 6:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 5:00 on Saturdays with 1 Saturday off in 3 (5 day working week) Closed on Sundays.

Holiday entitlement:

  • 25 days, including 2 paid Christmas closure days, plus 8 Bank Holidays. This is a total of 33 days paid holiday with opportunity to increase this with length of service. Employees with over 5 years’ service will be eligible for 37 days paid holiday.

Holiday Commission:

  • While someone is away on holiday, that person would, as well as their basic salary, receive an average amount of their personal commission calculated from the previous 3 months commission earnings. This obviously helps keep earnings buoyant while away on annual leave.
