Estate Agent Sales Support and Administration

This position will be based in our prominent and busy Bishops Waltham office.

We are a small friendly and experienced team. We are looking for a colleague to join us who will look after the majority of our administration but also deal with clients and customers on a one to one basis by phone, email and in person. The administration will include preparing of property sales particulars, opening files, dealing with our property instruction procedure, ensuring records are accurately kept and there is also a modest amount of lettings administration required.

Some previous estate agency experience would be preferable however good organisation skills, an eye for detail and the ability to speak easily to customers both by phone and face to face is essential as is knowledge of Microsoft products including Word and Outlook.

The hours and days of work could have some flexibility however as a guide this position would need to be three/four whole days or part days per week or possibly full time dependent upon experience. By virtue of the nature of our business we are open on a Saturday so some Saturday working may be required.
