The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the sales process - from initial enquiry to agreeing a sale. Responsibilities include:

• Registering and qualifying applicants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Providing expert advice to buyers and sellers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working to and exceeding personal and team targets

About You:

• Previous experience in residential sales or a similar role is preferred
• Confident, professional, and personable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and highly organised
• Full UK driving licence
