Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator - Knowle/Dorridge - up to £16k basic £25k package

This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic and ambitious Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Negotiator to join a lovely independent Estate Agent brand in the lovely location of Knowle/Dorridge. They are looking for an Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Negotiator with at least 6 months experience who will be working alongside the branch manager in carrying out viewings, negotiating offers, canvassing and really pushing the brand forward in the area. You will be working Monday - Friday 9 - 5.30 and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu.

Purpose of role:

As a successful Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Negotiator , you will give your branch the chance to sell and let fantastic properties. You will take every opportunity to build self confidence through a positive professional work ethic. You will work to a busy diary visiting a variety of properties and people across your local area.

Essential Skills for the successful Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Negotiator include:

• Be ambitious and want to progress within the Estate and Lettings Agency Industry
• Conduct viewings, vendor / landlord feedback and communicate clearly giving a high level of customer service
• Able to work in a busy office
• Be self motivated and driven
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all parties
• You must have a clean UK driving licence and your own car for which mileage will be paid.
