Job Title: Estate Agent Manager
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, flexible working hours, available to work during the weekend if required.
Pay Structure: Basic & Commission.
Cardiff Estates & Lettings is an established growing company. This is an opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic & self-motivated, with drive & ambition to contribute to an existing dynamic team.
The Estate Agent Manager will deal with property rentals, including the day to day management of all types of properties within the residential lettings portfolio, as well as being involved in developing property sales within the company. This role is specifically for a proactive, versatile, self- motivated individual who will need to be reliable, efficient and be able to work under pressure.
You will be expected to expand the business and subsequently increase turnover.
You will need to have a high level of customer service with a diplomatic, resilient and tolerant approach to dealing with the demands of a wide range of clients and situations involving e.g. landlords, tenants and contractors. You will need to work well with others in a team environment.
You will also be required to hold a full clean UK driving license and have your own vehicle.
Previous lettings experience would be essential and property sales experience would be an advantage.
Essential knowledge, skills and experience required:
Computer Literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in similar customer facing role
High literacy level - grammar, punctuation, spelling, handwriting
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Trustworthy, reliable and efficient
