Salary Package

Purpose of Job

The primary purpose of the role is to support and manage our residential rental property portfolio covering Norfolk whilst working as part of a centralised Lettings Team.

Key Accountabilities
To work within the Lettings Department managing a lettings portfolio across Norfolk.

Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors dealing with questions, problems and establishing solutions.

Booking inventories, actioning check in and check out procedures ensuring tenancy agreements are prepared and all referencing criteria is met.

Working with lettings managers to ensure properties are ready for occupation and tenant and landlord queries are actioned.

To operate and understand the Jupix system and maintain and extract data from customer records. To ensure that property, client, applicant, tenant,

tenancy details are always up-to-date and accurate.

To seek opportunities to put customers in touch with other areas of the business to generate revenue and ensure a seamless customer experience.

To introduce and explain the full service portfolio offered by the company.

Actioning of the referencing process, liaising with suppliers, tenants and landlords.

Understanding of assured shorthold tenancy agreements, an understanding of the documents needed to be served when a tenancy commences, and an

understanding of legal requirements involved in the lettings process.

To ensure that property, client, applicant, tenant, tenancy details are always up-to-date and accurate.

Dealing with lettings enquiries through walk-ins, emails, live chat and telephone conversations.

An ability to communicate with tenants, landlords and contractors whilst developing positive relationships in building the portfolio and gaining new landlords and units of property to let.

Co-ordination of the deposit protection scheme.

To provide excellent customer service to all who come into contact with the firm through its various activities in the property market; to represent the
firm in an honest and loyal fashion, to comply with the RICS Rules of Conduct and Bylaws, the NAEA rules and bylaws, and all Statutes governing
the activities of Estate Agents.

To adhere to all of the internal policies relating to the operation of the Firm (e.g. ARLA procedures, computer protocols, employment law, health and safety issues) and thereby to deliver
a professional and efficient service to the clients of the Firm.

Requirements
One year’s industry knowledge in a lettings role preferred. Highly motivated Role with the ability to manage a challenging workload and exceed targets.
Personable, presentable and articulate and an ability to deal calmly & effectively in a competitive market - able to act as a company ambassador.

Salary: £18,000 - £19,000 basic salary, dependent on experience.
