This is your opportunity to have a career with a fantastic company to help the continued develop of their residential sales department further whilst developing and growing with them.
The position is for a SALES PROGRESSOR and is ideal for someone who wants to further their career in property, you must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive environment in return you will be responsible for:
- LIAISING WITH BUYERS AND SELLERS TO PROGRESS SALE THROUGH TO EXCHANGE AND COMPLETION
- BUILDING UP RAPPORT WITH VENDORS AND BUYERS
- BUILDING LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CONVEYANCING SOLICITORS IN ORDER TO PROGRESS THE SALE TO EXCHANGE AND COMPLETION
- ORGANISING YOUR OWN WORKLOAD TO HIT EXCHANGE TARGETS FOR OFFICE
- REMAINING CALM AND METHODICAL DURING THE PROCESS IN ORDER TO REASSURE ALL PARTIES INVOLVED
