Sales to Recruitment - 1 Years Sales Exp Needed

What does the ideal profile look like:

1) Someone who has a year’s sales experience (we do not classify retail experience as suitable sales experience)

2) Someone who has a university qualification of 2:2 or higher

3) An individual who has played sport to a high level and who has a natural drive to do well in any environment

Salary Expectations:

First Year: £22K-£25K OTE: £40K
Second Year: £30K-£35K OTE: £60K
Third Year: £50K-£55K OTE: £80K+

What will do be doing on a daily basis?

  • Lead generation
  • Business development
  • Attending both client and candidate meetings
  • Writing adverts to attract new business
