An award winning professional Residential Estate Agency in North West London is looking for someone who can be responsible for the financial transactions from their own designated client portfolio from the beginning to the end of the tenancy process. Someone who can deal with rent collections and paying Landlords to producing income and expenditure reports.

The successful candidate must be personable and understand the importance of dealing with both the client and tenant in a customised individual way. Someone who has a calming manner and able to work under pressure and often need to juggle several tasks at a time. A team player with excellent MS office and database skills (training will be given) along with an organised communicator who can work closely with the Lettings team to coordinate.
