ESOL Lecturer - 16h per week

Temporary Contract

Morgan Hunt are recruiting a hardworking and effective ESOL Lecturer to join a Further Education setting based in Staffordshire.

The role is predominantly based in the centre of Staffordshire however travelling to other campuses may be required.

It is essential you have delivered Level 1 and Level 2 previously, with experience in planning exciting and engaging lessons.

The main duties of the role are:

Formal scheduled teaching
Tutorials and student assessment
Management of learning programmes and curriculum development
Student admissions and induction
Educational guidance and tutorial support
Preparation of learning materials and student assignments
Marking of students' work, and examinations
Management and supervision of student visit programmes as appropriate

Research and other forms of scholarly activity related to the effective delivery of the curriculum
Marketing activities
Consultancy and industrial liaison
Leadership of part-time staff
Administration and organisational activities

The ideal candidate should:

Strong background of lesson planning
ESOL delivery experience
Have a strong commitment to their own professional development?
Can provide two recent professional references
Be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS check
