Escalated Customer Complaints Associate, Permanent - Salary between £21,000 - £26,000

If so, we want to hear from you. We are currently recruiting for Escalated Customer Complaints Associates to work for our financial services client based in Rosyth. This is a permanent opportunity for individuals who have experience of delivering excellent customer service through managing the resolution of complaints in a call centre environment.
Successful individuals will have experience of handling complex customer enquiries, including escalated customer complaints, either via telephone, online or written correspondence. You will be required to take responsibility for customer enquiries ensuring successful resolution and demonstrate your enthusiasm and positive attitude whilst working in a challenging environment.

Flexible to work any 5 days from 7, between the hours of 8am to 10pm Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm.
