Your new role
You will be joining an established technical service desk team in supporting a SAP Business One customer base. You should have experience working in a technical capacity with any leading ERP solution. You should have both support and customer management skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong understanding of any of the top ERP solutions, alongside support experience of Microsoft SQL Server. You should also feel comfortable with queue management and prioritisation, customer service and support. SAP B1 experience would be beneficial.
