ERP Project Manager specialising in Agresso is required by Successful 3rd Sector Organisation based in London (not far from Aldgate Station) with regular travel to Bristol and Birmingham for a Fixed Term Contract offering £50k for an initial 12 month period. The PM will be responsible for an Agresso ERP deployment plan across the newly formed client group after 2 recent acquisitions.

Responsibilities include:

·To successfully implement the Group wide ERP solution across our diverse organisation.
·To manage and lead all aspects of the large and complex needs of the project involving establishing project governance, business processes, UAT, data migration, and business reporting
·To guide all activities required in the successful planning and implementation of the system across the Group
·To deliver the project on time, on budget and to quality using project management processes and tools including risk management, financial management and quality assurance. Building and managing an overall project plan, risk assessment plans, communication and training plans, individual task plans, schedule and budget
·Responsible for communicating project key objectives, critical path milestones and overall status
·To organise resources and ensure that actions are taken to ensure that delivery stay on plan. Resolve any issues swiftly and decisively whilst safeguarding standards and procedures
·To demonstrate initiative and deliver organisational benefits from the new system

Ideal skills include:

·Qualifications in PM and ITIL
·Proven experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Adobe Professional
·Ability to manage large and complex change projects and programmes involving business processes, technology, data and business reporting
·An understanding of best practice of large scale systems implementation
·Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget and to quality using project management processes and tools including risk management, financial management and quality assurance
·Understanding of system architectures, data strategies, upgrade strategies and cutover planning
·Experience of transitioning implementations into support and the resulting impacts
·A proven ability to resolve issues swiftly and decisively whilst safeguarding standards and procedures
·Able to demonstrate instances of initiative that have delivered organisational benefits
