Empower Young People Beyond the Classroom
We're proud to be partnering with a forward-thinking alternative provision to recruit dedicated EOTAS Tutors to deliver personalised educational programmes to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including PTSD. These students are currently educated outside of a traditional school environment, and your role will be pivotal in helping them re-engage with learning and build brighter futures.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced educators looking to make a meaningful impact in a flexible, non-mainstream setting.
Role
As an EOTAS Tutor, you'll work closely with secondary-aged learners, either one-to-one or in small groups, in community-based settings or at home. Your focus will be on promoting academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth-while building strong relationships with both learners and their families. Students will require support with KS4 learning (Year 10 student) following permanent exclusion.
