Environmental Health Officer Job specialising in HMO Licensing.

Your new role
You will be working as an Environmental Health Officer within the HMO Housing department. You will use you knowledge of Housing disrepair's and inspection to if necessary prosecute for offences relating to Properties of multi occupation. You will also use your knowledge of the Housing Health and Safety system to deal with enquires relating to housing stock.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced Environmental Health Officer with experience in Private sector housing. You will have experience of general housing disrepair's along with enforcement actions. You will also have experience of dealing in selective, additional and mandatory livening. Excellent knowledge and use of the Housing Health and Safety system to prosecute rouge landlords is an advantage.
