An incredible opportunity has arisen for an entry level treasury analyst in Woking. This is a full time, temp to perm role. This position requires an immediate start and will be paying between £11 and £14.50ph. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to progress quickly as the business promotes from within. To be right for the role you will need to have advanced Excel skills and a degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance. This position will be right for an individual who is driven, inquisitive and has an eye for detail. Knowledge of multi-currencies will be of benefit.

The Role
As an Entry Level Treasury Analyst you will have a degree in business, accounting, economics, or finance. You will be conducting pooling runs and ensuring banks have processed pooling payments within currency cut off times. Alongside this you will be preparing the system for new payment templates, foreign exchange rates and interest rates to ensure they are ready for banking pools. Due to foreign currency paying such a vital part in this role it is important that you are able to pick things up quickly and have an interest in foreign currencies or finance. It will be a responsibility of yours to set the cash pool position and ensure necessary payments are inputted or requested to ensure the notional cash pool balances remains positive. Other key areas of the role will include maintaining pooling procedure documents, preparing the daily and weekly management reports, taking ownership of daily cash enquiries and ad-hoc cash management projects. You will be working on TMS and Excel therefore a secure knowledge of Excel is key.

Key Requirements
• A degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance
• Advanced Excel
• Experience or interest in foreign exchange
• Some basic understanding of Cross-border, cross-currency notional pooling operations
• This role requires an enhanced vetting procedure before going permanent
