The Professional Services team provide optimal value to the
business by ensuring accuracy and diligence in all tasks undertaken. We are
looking for a professional who takes pride in the successful completion of
their work ensuring the customers’ needs are at the forefront at all times.
This position would be ideal for a graduate with an IT degree or someone with a
strong IT background. Training will be provided, where you will be
supported to develop your potential at a fast pace.
As an Entry Level Technical Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Installing and upgrading Kirona’s proprietary software inside and outside of normal business hours
- Providing consultancy to customers on server and technical requirements for a successful install and to ensure the server is correctly sized for production.
- Be the main technical contact after performing an install to answer any follow up technical questions or issues that may arise.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
