My client in Great Dunmow is looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator to join their small and casual office.

Essential qualities:
Excellent Communication
Strong Microsoft Office and Computer skills
Good organisational skills
You must live local or drive for this role due to location.

Main duties:

  • Advising inbound customers on the best product for them.
  • Updating the company's database with customer information
  • Liaising with your team to ensure customer satisfaction at all times,
  • Dealing with quotes coming in via the phone,
  • Maintaining good customer service at all times,
  • Updating external partners with information,
  • General Admin duties.

Full time, permanent- Monday- Friday 9-5pm - £13650,000.
