Powerscourt, a leading City of London financial PR firm, is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, entry level admin assistant to join their award-winning team.

Powerscourt has a very collaborative and sociable culture with a diverse team including a mix of ex-bankers, journalists, lawyers and PR professionals.

The admin assistant is responsible for providing daily business and administration, reception and event management support to our internal departments and external clients, as necessary, in a professional, responsive and timely manner.

The candidate will be eager to learn, highly organised & well presented.

Essential skills required:

  • A high proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Min 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes (Grade C and Above) including Maths and English Language
  • Happy to work as part of a close-knit team
  • Personable with a can-do attitude
