Our Global Solutions group leads the company’s global ecommerce and onmichannel efforts including solutions strategy, GTM design and sales execution. The group sells ecom & f2f payment solutions targeted to multinationals and operates a center of excellence to drive ecom & omnichannel performance across our regional businesses.

Our Enterprise Omnichannel Sales Consultants have deep multinational sales leadership and payments experience and solution sell our payment gateway, fraud management and global merchant acquiring (f2f & ecom) offerings to multinational, enterprise merchants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to target and sign the world’s premier ecommerce & omnichannel merchants
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospective clients by deeply learning their business and aligning our payment solutions to their needs
  • Sell and provide expertise on our global payment solutions, including global merchant acquiring (F2F & Ecom), payment gateway, fraud management and security services and advise on key features and functionality that empower clients to optimize and execute their business strategies
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from pitch ? negotiation ? close ? go live, with a particular focus on minimizing the time-to-go live
  • Leverage your professional network for business development opportunities
  • Develop new verticals and new market opportunities
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements & contracts in a multinational setting
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to bundle together regional commerce solutions into a cohesive whole and sell to multinational clients in a unified manner
  • Work cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, and client support to create and deliver tailored pitches and effectively manage the pre- and post-sales process
  • Serve as the client’s advocate within Global Payments and lead solution development efforts to meet their needs through collaboration with internal, cross-functional teams


  • 10+ years enterprise sales/business development experience selling ecommerce and f2f payment management services (merchant acquiring, payment gateway, fraud management) into global multinationals, including those on the IR500 & Fortune 100
  • Strong consultative and solution selling experience within enterprise B2B and B2C client segments
  • Significant experience working with clients who have complex, multinational operations and aggressive growth plans
  • Detailed understanding of enterprise merchant "order to cash" business processes and how payment management services intersect with those processes
  • Significant experience engaging and facilitating dialogue with C-level and senior executives at target clients
  • Success working in fast-paced environments leveraging modern enterprise sales tools and formal sales methodologies
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the entire f2f & ecom payments ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; fluency in English; strong interpersonal skills & industry presence/gravitas
  • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills and experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
