Enterprise Business Development Manager
Industry leading performance based package including a high base salary with a genuinely achievable OTE of £100K +.
This high-growth technology business offers 'best in class’ software solutions and helps over 1250 businesses worldwide across 100 countries. They are backed by a super-ambitious management team and following private equity backing in 2017 to allow for continued expansion, they have recently moved into new, state of the art business premises in the heart of Nottingham and are now on the lookout for talented people to join the team.
As a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the global expansion. You'll be directly engaging and bringing new enterprise customers on board with their hugely successful software platform, adding to their portfolio of existing household brands
The role is primarily based at the brand new HQ in Nottingham city centre, working as part of our growing Sales team, but you'll be meeting customers regularly at national locations to engage with various buying teams within potential client structures.
You will be supported in your role by an Outbound sales team and an innovative marketing team, who will be your go-to collaborators in developing unique campaigns to maximise connections within your territory.
The role has a generous and uncapped accompanying commission plan with accelerators in place on achievement of target. As an individual who is always looking to deliver above and beyond, this structure will give you the opportunity to significantly earn above your OTE.
To be considered for this role you must have a proven background in achieving software sales targets within a corporate environment. You must also have:
- Have solid experience in business development or sales/software sales to organisations above 1,000 users in size.
- Be really customer-centric, with a drive to deliver an amazing service at each interaction.
- Be self-motivated, pro-active and have a 'never give up’ attitude.
- Be an excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing.
- Be an advocate for structured sales engagement and innovation to improve the overall sales team output and development of new team members.
