Global organisation requires an Enterprise Architect to develop and manage the company’s technical roadmap / strategy. Reporting to the Group CIO, this post will play a key role in ensuring that the business achieves its goals by also ensuring the enterprise architecture and data management services are fit for purpose.
Further key responsibilities will be to work closely with key Stakeholders across the Business to design and create innovative solutions that are aligned with the Global IT Strategic Plan. Will also participate in a major 3 to 5 year plan to transition from on-premise to off-premise cloud solutions and move to a Microsoft Landscape on a Global scale, including delivery of major Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power BI roll-out, etc.
You need to be comfortable working in a team environment and have team leading experience, with the ability to lead and upskill other members of staff. You must also be able to communicate highly technical information to a non-technical audience. You should be able to work collaboratively in an open environment and be willing to adapt to project specific requirements, while maintaining sight of the overall business need and strategic objective to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
The individual will define the architectural vision for the business and have a view of the "big picture". It is essential that you can articulate this vision, evolving it when necessary, responding to changes (business or technical) and taking responsibility for ensuring that the strategic vision is delivered successfully.
From a technical perspective, it is imperative you have strong experience of enterprise data & analytic platforms / technologies / data tools, along with strong knowledge of ERP (ideally MS Dynamics 365 / D365 / Dynamics NAV), Power BI, Azure and Big Data Storage and Cloud Computing Concepts.

- Proven experience within an Enterprise / Solution Architecture role, utilising TOGAF
- Strong knowledge of delivering cloud based technological solutions
- Expertise must also include enterprise data & analytic platforms / technologies / data tools, ERP (ideally MS Dynamics 365 / D365 / Dynamics NAV), Power BI, Azure and Big Data Storage
- Good understanding of IT Architectural principles, process and governance
- The role will include some international travel during major roll-outs
