A leading people related consultancy with a base in Surrey, is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager, to manage the delivery and development of its products and services into a range of large corporate businesses.
Reporting into a dynamic and ambitious Head of Sales, the role will be asked to maximise visibility, product offering and ultimately sales on priority level, high profile, large spending. Accounts. The role will simultaneously ensure the expert and timely delivery of the services through effective internal project and stakeholder management of a range of professionals.
The business offers a range of services that are broadly speaking, in the people arena. Your key stakeholders will HR and Talent / Learning professionals aswell as sometimes Finance and Procurement in large global businesses, sometimes they may be internationally based. To deliver to this role you must be familiar with the HR/Talent/People landscape and have significant experience of working in sales/account management roles that have sold to HR/Talent/Learning professionals.

To apply, you should be an accomplished account manager / sales professional who is used to working with large, blue chip, corporate businesses. The role could also be suitable for very experienced and credible recruitment consultants who have a long and established track record of developing deep relationships with corporate customers and meeting sales targets, working with HR departments.
You should be able to work at pace, in a changing and dynamic environment. You should be a self-starter who is used to managing their own work load and diary. Flexible in your outlook to work, you must be able to attend meetings at client sites, whilst also being comfortable in working from home on occasion.
You should be educated to degree level or equivalent and ideally you will live within an easy commute to a central Surrey location. At your heart you must be passionate about delivering great service, but also comfortable in delivering to targets and revenue expectations. You should be a confident and credible sales professional who thrives in a complex B2B solutions business. This needs to have been gained selling HR solutions / services or related products.
