The school is seeking an enthusiastic and talented English Teacher to join their high-achieving English department and start November 2025. The Role:

  • Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress to ensure high achievement
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment and extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Have proven experience teaching English in a secondary setting
  • Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management
  • Be passionate about literature, language, and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential
  • Be committed to maintaining the school's high standards and ethos
