The Role:
- Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting student progress to ensure high achievement
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through enrichment and extracurricular activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Have proven experience teaching English in a secondary setting
- Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management
- Be passionate about literature, language, and inspiring young people to achieve their full potential
- Be committed to maintaining the school's high standards and ethos
