You should have an energetic approach to the delivery of your lesson content that will motivate your pupils and spur them on to do well. The successful candidate will have ambition and high expectations to lead by example, ensuring that student behaviour, and general attainment remain high throughout.
You will be joining the school as an English Teacher as part of the high-achieving English faculty teaching through all Secondary Key Stages including A Level. In this post you will be working towards a more creative teaching philosophy and developing your teaching practice and enjoying ample opportunities for CPD.
