To be considered you will need to be a English Teacher (NQT) who can demonstrate to good effect the key components of teaching. The school are looking for an enthusiastic English Teacher (NQT) who they can nurture and help develop into an 'Outstanding' practitioner.
As an English Teacher (NQT) you will join a large and welcoming English Department. Starting work in July you will complete a full induction and from September you will join the schools' award winning NQT programme and be given GCSE English classes and the opportunity to teach A-Level classes too. With the help of an experienced mentor the school will help develop you by providing supportive feedback and guidance to ensure that you progress throughout your NQT year and beyond.
