A medium-sized 11 to 16 secondary academy in North Essex is currently recruiting for a qualified English Teacher to join their hard-working team of staff in March. This is a full-time, maternity cover contract in which you will be required to take on the full 360 role and responsibilities of a classroom teacher. This will include; planning, preparation and delivery of lessons in line with the schools' curriculum, marking and assessing students' work, attending staff meetings and attending parents' evenings. The school is easily accessible by car and public transport with on-site parking for staff.

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
*You must hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
*Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
