  • QTS/NQT desirable but not essential
  • The ability to plan and prepare quality lessons
  • Experience of teaching KS3-KS5
  • The drive and stamina to exceed school expectations and targets
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbally
