English Teacher in Coventry - NQT / QTS

Monarch Education are currently seeking a Teacher of English for a full-time teaching position in a school in Coventry.

Start Date *ASAP
The ideal candidate must have experience teaching within a successful secondary school. The teacher will have efficient communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with parents, pupils and staff. You will be self-motivated of the development of the children.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to - planning and preparing lessons, marking and assessing student's work, knowledge of the curriculum, maintaining good behaviour and discipline and possibly attend parent's evening and other meetings if necessary. You will keep teaching inclusive and fair and have good behaviour management skills.
The Coventry Secondary Consultant has built good relationships with the schools in the Coventry & Warwickshire who now comes to us with a variety of requirements including day to day cover and long-term positions covering sickness, maternity/paternity to name a few, some staff even being taken on permanently by the school.
Monarch Education can offer you a personalised consultant, organise CPD training and £200 for every Teacher or Teaching Assistant referral after they work 20 days for us!
