This position would suit an innovative English NQT with a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching, you will be a practitioner who is keen to share your fresh ideas within a successful team. It is essential for you to possess a clear and full knowledge of the curriculum that leads to comprehensive and diverse lessons.
As a English NQT your role will involve you teaching and working as a crucial part of the English faculty and you will be working alongside a supportive 'Outstanding' teacher. Part of your role will include teaching mixed-ability groups across both KS3 and KS4 and in class you will be supported by a Co-Educator. With an established pastoral team and specialist onsite provision, behaviour throughout the school is well-managed and disruptions within class are rare.
