To be considered for this English Learning Mentor role you must be a confident and enthusiastic English graduate who has worked with children in either a volunteer or paid role and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. The right applicant will have a real passion for your subject that allows you to support with detail and enthusiasm.

About the English Learning Mentor Role
In this English Teaching Assistant position you will be working to support teaching and learning and ensuring pupils achieve their potential by working 1:1 and in small groups. This role provides the opportunity to boost your SEN experience, as you work with SEN pupils inside and outside the classroom and focus on helping them achieve their targets. In general, you will be delivering dedicated 1:1 support to pupils and monitoring the progress of pupils in the classroom.
