English/ICT Teachers wanted for learning provision in W. London

An alternative provision with two sites based in Latimer Road and Southall are looking for English and ICT teachers with social and emotional difficulties (SEMH/SEBD/EBD) experience for teaching roles starting immediately. The provision caters for secondary aged pupils with social difficulties who are unable to learn in mainstream settings or have been permanently excluded. Students can choose to undertake intensive GCSE pathways or project GCSE pathways while the provision also offers vocational avenues.

The provision are looking to interview potential candidates immediately

Role Specification and Requirements:

Applicant 1

  • QTS qualified
  • English as main subject and able to deliver ICT lessons
  • GCSE KS4 experience
  • Experienced in dealing with SEN/EHCP/BESD/SEMH/ADHD/Dyslexia and a multiple range of needs
  • Experienced in delivering differentiated lessons to meet the needs of a wide range of students

Applicant 2

  • Qualified teacher looking to gain QTS
  • English as main subject and able to deliver ICT lessons
  • GCSE KS4 experience
  • Experienced in dealing with SEN/EHCP/BESD/SEMH/ADHD/Dyslexia and a multiple range of needs
  • Experienced in delivering differentiated lessons to meet the needs of a wide range of students

Travel:

Two Provision sites:

  • Latimer - Closest transport links are Latimer Road Station (Circle or Hammersmith & City)
  • Southall - Closest transport links are Southall Station (GWR)

Competitive rates ranging between £115 - £140 per day dependant on teaching experience and training
