Unique opportunity to be the technical lead for a small yet renowned manufacturer of components with ambitious plans to expand their operations into different industries worldwide. As Engineering Manager you'll have your ideas heard and implemented, working closely with the owner of the company to streamline production processes and deliver on projects.

This company have a fantastic product range and have been successful for many years - with an ambitious new CEO in place, they are looking to expand their products into the Aerospace, Defence and Marine industries. As Engineering Manager you'll be the lead for all things technical related, managing the team, and ensuring production runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

As Engineering Manage Your Role Will Include:

* Running a small technical team of 15-20
* Involvement in design through to manufacture, prototyping
* Streamlining production
* Being the technical expert and running the shop floor

As Engineering Manager You Will Need:

* Experienced mechanical engineer / manager / technical lead
* Background from machining / component manufacture
* Solidworks design capability
* Understanding of materials - polymers, metals etc
* Experience from Aerospace / Marine / Defence ideal or similar type of production
* Commutable to Slough or open to relocation (assistance offered)
