Engineering Finance Support Administrator
An opportunity has arisen within Hornbill Engineering Technical Services Department for a part time (2-3 days per week) Engineering Finance Support Administrator.
Specific duties include recording, checking and submitting worked hours for payroll for both home and overseas staff, preparing and submitting client invoices for worked hours, transportation, accommodation, materials, and all chargeable services. The role also includes checking and correcting the accounting computations; running reports and performing other routine accounting activities. A working knowledge of with Sage Accounting, MS Excel is essential. Prior experience within an Engineering/construction company would be desirable.
There may also be other administrative tasks, such as setting up appointments and directing calls that are not necessarily related to finance. If this role sounds of interest please apply online with your CV.
