Role: Engineering Technical Coordinator (House Building Civil Engineering)

Location: Reigate, Surrey

Salary: Up to £65k + Package

An award winning bespoke house builder which has an excellent reputation in their market for delivering top quality housing, due to expansion have a requirement for an Engineering Technical Coordinator to join their Civil Engineering department.

The role of the Technical Coordinator will be to assist in manageing the civil and structural requirements of residential developments, working closely with the Engineering Manager to assist in the progress of the design and planning process, then with the Project Managers to assist in the delivery of engineering production information so that full build preparations can commence.

The successful applicant would need hold a full, clean driving license and will be based at their Reigate office.
