Engineering Administrator

Our prestigious client based in Biddulph has a requirement for an engineering administrator.

You will responsible for obtaining export information from suppliers for purchased parts. You will need to be able to handle requirements from multiple departments and be able to track where each request is and how long it has been outstanding.


  • Contacting suppliers and distributers for the required information for a purchased (OEM) part
  • Following up requested information so that it is gathered in a timely manner
  • Communicate to suppliers and distributers efficiently
  • Utilise PC skills; in particular MS Office
  • Progressing work through Agile PLM
  • Any other reasonable administrative duties



  • Very computer literate with MS Office
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team member


  • Agile PLM experience
  • Navision MRP experience
  • Engineering office experience
  • The preferred skills are not essential as full training will be given on the company’s internal systems

Up to £18,000 per annum

Permanent, full-time
