Engagement Manager

Exciting opportunity to use your skills in Project Management, people management, software implementation, and client relationship building/customer satisfaction in this Engagement Manager role for a forward looking, fast growing HR software solutions company. Deliver best in class cloud based HR solutions to a diverse client base for this dynamic organisation.

Field based role with flexibility to work at home when not on site, and some time at Thames Valley head office for meetings. £55k to £70k salary depending on experience plus significant bonus and good benefits. Any UK location, Midlands to South ideal, and must be accessible to transport routes for UK wide travel and able to attend head office as required.

In this role you will:

  • manage and deliver the successful implementation of high value, complex HR software projects to diverse clients to deadlines, budget and service levels

  • people manage a team of Implementation Consultants, including mentoring, coaching and training and ensuring department revenue and utilisation targets are met

  • deliver billable work in terms of project managing implementation projects

  • support the Sales team by running pre-sales requirement gathering sessions, presenting on implementation methodology in pre-sales meetings and estimating time and cost if implementations

  • play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention through building solid customer relationships and identifying and delivering to clients' ongoing needs

  • establish, maintain and continually improve work procedures to ensure continual improvement, and to meet company reporting requirements and levels of quality

Essential skills and experience are

  • a background in implementing HR Software solutions/HCM solutions

  • project management skills

  • good organisation and time management

  • strong communication, written and verbal including presentations

  • people management

  • influencing skills in complex customer scenarios

  • good customer relationship skills including liaising with C level executives in client companies

  • commercial outlook
