Engagement Executive- Fixed Term Contract

Reed Momenta provide high impact lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that help people improve their health. We work with experts in the fields of psychology, nutrition, physical activity and other lifestyle risk factors to help people make sustainable, positive change.

The role

The Engagement Executive is responsible for the planning, coordination, resourcing and delivery of all engagement activity. Your main responsibilities would include:
  • Recruitment and co-ordination of 10-20 Health Champions (volunteers) to deliver outreach activity publicising our programmes
  • Ensuring there are sufficient events and engagement opportunities to achieve adequate registrations on the programme, using our Engagement Performance Forecaster
  • Liaising successfully with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Health Champions and Coaches to deliver engagement activity
  • Work with the Marketing department to make sure we have suitable resources to target key groups

    Skills & Experience

    Essential Criteria
  • Previous co-ordination or administration experience
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable with understanding data and using MS Office
  • Proactive, self-sufficient mindset

    Desirable Criteria
  • 3^rd sector experience or experience of managing/working with volunteers
  • Sales-related background

    This role is a 7 month fixed term contract.
