Energy Customer Service Assistant - What exactly will I be doing?
The role is simple, customer advisors are the bridge between our products and the customers. On a daily basis, you will be involved in event-based and residential sales across Newcastle. You will be:
- Helping customers face to face with general enquiries
- Speak with customers to review their current energy spends for their gas and electric
- Provide a tariff comparison for their energy spends
- Help customers change their energy provider to a cheaper comparison
Although past experience in a customer environment such as a call centre, hospitality or retail, can come in handy, no experience is required. So long as you are great with people, easy going and love a team environment, then we can teach you the rest!

We will be inviting shortlisted candidates to meet with our team, and further spend a full unpaid day at our Sheffield venue for an exciting hands-on experience day, before offering positions. Our current operations are based within 15 miles of the Newcastle city centre, so you will have the opportunity to visit one of our operating locations and see our current customer assistant team in full swing. (Expenses incurred during the interview process, are not covered by the company).
