About the role

Working 9am – 5pm as the Endpoint Management Specialist you will be provide 3rd level support and guidance to IT Support, IT field engineers and other IT teams, dealing with 3rd line support ticket and requests, whilst also managing and implementing changes and following ITIL processes, writing documentation for end user and IT staff.

Define your own and our collective future by working with the latest tools and technology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager (SCCM) administration, including:
  • OS deployment (Autopilot & Config Manager) o Package creation and deployment (PatchMyPC and 3rd party)
  • Content distribution
  • OS and software patch management (Window Update for Business & Config Manager)
  • MDM Device configuration o Troubleshooting etc.
  • Scripting and Automation
  • Write and implement scripts to automate daily tasks.
  • Intune remediation scripts.
  • On-demand scripts for helpdesk.
  • Work with other teams during projects, to advise and provide Endpoint management solutions
  • Help design and implement Endpoint Management initiatives across the organisation

About you

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with solid experience in Config Manager, including image management, software packaging, and update processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Intune, particularly with Autopilot, software packaging, configuration policies, and ensuring compliance across Windows, Android, iOS, and Mac platforms. A thorough understanding of OS/software deployment, update processes, and methodologies is essential. Experience in application packaging and updating, particularly with PMPC and PSADT, would be an advantage. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is required, with additional programming languages being a bonus. A solid understanding of server and network management services such as AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP is crucial. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and thrive as an enthusiastic member of a geographically distributed team. They should be able to work well within multi-skilled teams, demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time and priorities effectively, and be eager to learn, innovate, and collaborate.
