This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated End User Computing Specialist to help deliver even better holidays for customers of our leading travel brands, from within our growing Technology department.

We are currently recruiting an End User Computing Specialist to join the Technology department on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to come aboard and join a dedicated team of professionals at a particularly exciting time!
As an End User Computing Specialist you will be End User facing working through Service Requests and Incidents across Hardware and Software. The role is critical in delivery of services to both Ship and Shore providing a robust, stable End User experience. You will also be proactive ensuring security compliance of the End User estate, creating process documentation and helping continual service improvement.
You will provide guidance and advice to the Service Desk and other Technical staff across Infrastructure and Applications to maintain close working on all elements of service delivery.

We would expect you to have previous experience in an End User Computing role providing desktop deployment and support across both Hardware and Software. As a multi-disciplinary role, you will have expertise across various technologies including Microsoft OS, SCCM, Citrix and MDM.
You will be enthusiastic with a 'can-do’ attitude and a customer-centric approach. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of colleagues and will be a strong and reliable member of a team.
