We have a great opportunity for the right person to join our BuildingManagement Systems End User Project and Support Business in our Yorkshire Teamas an Account Manager taking responsibility for Sales andAccount Building from our Leeds Office.

Your Mission:

Your mission is to grow and manage the current Account Base in Yorkshirewith our current BMS offerings and promote the whole portfolio of SchneiderElectric Buildings Business products, services and expertise.

Your responsibilities:

Develop effective business relationships with new, existing and dormantusers of Schneider Electric products and services.

Manage accounts within our customer base using the company’s customerrelationship management tool. Forecast order input amounts, timings.

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Identify new business potential in respect of new and existingcustomers. Lead and drive new initiatives as they are developed for the market.

Business Development of new business for EUP/Field Services Business.

Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion andcustomer entertainment activities.

Liaise with project delivery teams to ensure customer expectations arerealised.

About you:

Experience of Building Management Systems

Educated to Diploma level;

Previous experience, although not essential, in a Sales Role togetherwith a track record of success in similar role;

Excellent communication skills;

Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction;

Flexible and self-motivated
